Is there a minimum stay?

Most dates carry a two- to three-night minimum, with a longer minimum during peak summer weeks on Cape Cod and holiday weeks in the White Mountains. Exact minimums are shown on each Airbnb listing.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy, and we send detailed directions and a house guide before you arrive.

Are the homes good for families and groups?

Absolutely. The Nobadeer Villa sleeps up to ten across five bedrooms with a fenced yard, and Stonewood Chalet sleeps eight. Both are ideal for multi-generational trips, reunions and small celebrations.

Is there an EV charger?

Yes — both homes have a Level 2 EV charger on site, so you can arrive and top up without hunting for a station.
